This conference brings humanities perspectives to technology — past, present and future. It will view technology through the lenses of history, literature, art, architecture and ethics. Technology may be the primary source of progress, but it is also the root of numerous problems. The development and use of technology influences the values of a society and bring with it new ethical questions.
The Vermont Humanities Council invites you to its 44th annual Fall Conference to explore the ways that technology has shaped culture, society, and human interaction and even affected our understanding of who we are. More information here.
