Parking FAQ

Where do attendees park?2023-10-05T09:39:23-04:00

Tech Jam attendees arriving by car should park in the metered lot located at 125 Lakeside Ave. To pay for parking, please scan the QR code shown on all signage throughout the parking lot and pay for your space with a credit card. Parking fees are $1/hour or $5/day. Cash payments are not available.

Once you’ve parked, Hula’s entrance is just a short walk away. From 125 Lakeside Avenue, cross the street and continue toward the lake. Hula is the large building on your right after the underpass. Enter at the main entrance (50 Lakeside Ave) and check in at the main desk. Have your free ticket ready to scan.

Please don’t park on the street or at St. John’s Club.

To minimize neighborhood traffic and respect the neighbors who rely on access to street parking, parking is not permitted on Conger Ave., Central Ave., Wright Ave., Harrison Ave. or at the St. John’s Club.

Need accessible parking?

Accessible parking is available right outside the main entrance to Hula at 50 Lakeside Ave. Please note, the first floor of Hula, where the majority of this event is taking place, is wheelchair accessible.

Where do exhibitors park?2023-10-05T09:37:08-04:00

Exhibitors can pull up to the main entrance of Hula located at 50 Lakeside Ave. to unload between the hours of 8-9:30 a.m. Once your vehicle is emptied, you may park anywhere onsite at Hula’s campus for free. If the Hula lot is full, you may park at the lot across from the Innovation Center (125 Lakeside Ave) for $1/hour or $5/day.

Furniture: Each exhibitor will have access to a “booth” area that is roughly 6 feet deep by 8 feet wide, with two chairs plus an 8-foot table that’s about 30 inches wide.

  • Bring your own tablecloth/linen.
  • Most booths do not back up to a wall, so please be sure that your displays are freestanding or make use of the 8’ tabletop.

Electricity: All booths include access to electricity within 10 feet of your booth space, but please bring your own power strip and extension cords for the most flexibility.

Internet: Exhibitors will have free access to a password-protected wifi network with robust bandwidth.

Sorry, only Tech Jam sponsors will be able to choose their booth locations in advance.

Given the size of this event and the complexities of exhibitor needs, all other booth locations will be assigned by our staff one week prior to the event. On the Wednesday before the Jam, an expo floor map (subject to change) will be published in the Tech Jam Guide and on this website.

No, we’re sorry but you can’t ship anything directly to the venue.
