Dozens of innovative companies will be hiring this month at the 2016 Vermont Tech Jam — Friday and Saturday, October 21 and 22, at the Champlain Valley Expo in Essex Junction, Vermont. These include our partner sponsors, who help us put together this two-day career and tech expo.

UTC Aerospace Systems (UTAS) is one of them. Formed in 2012, with the merger of Hamilton Sundstrand and Goodrich, UTAS employs approxiately 42,000 workers worldwide. It’s one of the world’s largest suppliers of technologically advanced aerospace and defense products. Its employees design, manufacture and service systems and components, and provide integrated solutions for commercial, regional, business and military aircraft, helicopters and other platforms. UTAS also supplies international space programs.
